Our resident leaders work towards the development of a safe, accepting, and liveable community that is conducive to study through:

• provision of peer support,
• organising and attending social, academic, cultural, health and wellbeing events; and
• fulfilling the commitments of duty shift around the property.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Covering after-hours support to residents,
• Advertising and hosting Iglu events,
• Proactively engaging in friendly rapport with residents at the property
• Assisting with Emergency situations,
• Enforcing and applying Iglu rules to ensure safe and happy living conditions for all Iglu residents; and
• Communicating feedback from residents to Management Team with regards to improving resident life
