My thesis : The United States should not only pardon but expunge those convicted of Marijuana-related crimes. Millions of Americans struggle to find housing, financial assistance, and employment, marijuana is no longer a verboten substance. Scientists have found numerous benefits of its use, and by pardoning people with marijuana-related crimes, we can fix maximum incarcerations.
