Immigration waiver Forgiveness Letter
I needed help writing a letter to immigration about excusing an unlawful entry to the USA. Just needed help writing a forgiveness letter.
subject: 1- entering the US before my 10 year ban is completed.
reason: The family is supporting for the person to enter US.
The subject did admit to the imigiration back in India that he was during his time as being banned in the US and they still accepted him to send him a VISA to come to US.
Now this issue is that US immigration is not getting any proof about his approval to come here from India.
